      Pros

      Awesome access to shows, some fun people to work with. Benefits from corporate are great.

      Cons

      Low wages, overworked employees, and poor company morale that stems from management at the top. Absolutely terrible office building that is falling apart in all aspects.

      Pros

      A lot of autonomy and freedom to be creative. Responsible for quite a bit right out of the gates. Free shows and food at work. A good amount of welcomed overtime pay. Nice work environment and mostly good coworkers.

      Cons

      Although Cleveland is a cheap area, pay for the position should definitely be higher. Basically, Live Nation will exploit you on pay unless you drive a hard bargain. They handled Covid poorly and lied to most employees. I was let go from furlough for no great reason other than to appease some corporate head on small margins. Messy infrastructure and leadership at times.

      No communication Fear of losing job with several rounds of layoffs and they are still not done Rude, arrogant self absorbed leaders Need to play their game to survive
