Pros

I've worked on the Live Nation Media and Sponsorships team for just under a year now and I can confidently say it's one of the best companies I've worked for. They really care about the people on their team and hard work definitely pays off here. Everyone is so energetic and passionate about the work that they do you can't help but to come in and feel the same, I mean we work in Music Entertainment how can you not be passionate about. Maybe it depends on department you work for but my supervisor is alway super supportive and flexible with me. You get what you give here, work day and you'll reap the benefits.

Cons

More money is always nice! (:

Pros

Flexible hours. Great environment. Seeing shows with complimentary tickets. A good way to learn basics of the music business and see how much goes in to putting on a show.

Cons

Some days the shifts can be upwards of 10 hours. Work late into the night. Have to pay for parking almost every shift.

Pros

Fun coworkers - mostly everyone is personable and easy to work with Casual work environment - casual work attire, relaxed atmosphere even though it is still fast-paced Dogs allowed - one of the best perks Holiday parties - Facilities puts together entertaining office parties for the holidays Decent benefits - average benefits package Ability to move up Good work/life balance 2 free concert tickets a year for full time employees

Cons

Compensation is not as high as other places. You feel undervalued when you are not being paid as much as you are worth, while upper management spends money on hiring new people into new upper management positions
