Pros

I was super excited to work at Live Nation! Very well known in our area, pretty decent base salary, unlimited vacation and fun conferences. There was also a lot of money behind the projects that I wanted to complete. Also, there are really great people who work there - some of my former coworkers have become my life long friends!

Cons

Now for the cons.... you do not have a life outside work. They literally expect you to be there about 18 hours of the day. You have your desk job during the day, and then you're expected to work the shows at night. Those unlimited vacation days? HA - you have a show every weekend and weeknight of your life and you MUST be there! Also, they have a very "Devil Wears Prada" outlook on the job... supposedly EVERYONE wants that job, and you're the luckiest person to have ever gotten it. Overall it really just depends on how you value your personal life!
