Able to work independently Not micro-managed Work is very easy once you get the hang of it Get to work with operations and build relationships

Cons

Horrible management accross the board in finance at all levels Huge disproportion of work done by key people Poor communication to employees; unclear expectations & goals High performers are not recognized so they end up leaving or becoming bare minimum workers

Flexible work environment. 2 free tickets each year.

Cons

Salaries are not competitive. Benefits are less year after year, especially medical costs. No matching 401k. Philosophy change that doesnt support employees.
