Pros
You get to work hands on as an intern with big name artist footage. Getting exposed to high quality material is definitely a plus. Working in a high profile office is nice too!
Cons
Don't expect a job out of this - many people I interacted with in the department were offered a job on the blue moon occasion it was open - 5 - 10 - 15 years ago. People STAY in this company, which means when you do get a job that's great, but when you're looking it's much harder. My internship, unlike many in my area, was unpaid.
