      Pros

      Great company to work in especially if you've an interest in music/live events

      Cons

      Management were terrible and no HR. High turn over rate for finance staff as a result.

      Thanks for your feedback - mixed bag and of course I agree an HR department is always a good investment! We are building our our HR teams where market sizes warrant and support that - it would be good if you could get in touch and let me know a little more about your cons, as I will follow that up if there are ways we can help local management improve - which won't always be via an HR function as always encourage Line Managers to support their own teams directly.       Great work environment. Access to watch shows. Always something new.

      Cons

      Long hours on your feet. Not always having regular meal times. Wage could be better.

      Thanks for your comments. We're trying to improve progression and sharing job opportunities through emailing monthly job lists around out business, so we aim to make positive changes in the future around encouraging career progression across our organisation.
