Pros

- Compensation - Extremely influential company that is a leader in innovation in the industry. - Casual work environment - Ability to move within the company to new positions to advance your career

Cons

- Not enough direction from upper management. Many decisions are made without giving the "why" behind what you are being told to do. Though your manager might tell you as much as they know, they often do not know the big picture so they can not share that information. - Do now, think later mentality. Many projects start and are stopped once someone thinks them through. Or, a project is completed entirely and then reversed the next day. You hear a lot of "just do it" and spend a lot of time retracing your steps to undo something you just did. - The higher ups have little to no firm idea of what it takes to get the job done. Many times you are asked to do things in unreasonable time frames.
