Pros

Incredibly transparent C-Suite who give regular and frequent updates on their work and direction. Company culture makes an effort to be relevant and positive, benefits are competitive amongst market. Company-wide day off per quarter to recharge. Wonderful peers from Axciom days (M&A) with tribal knowledge who are quick to help when needed.

Cons

Respect for work-life balance is not consistent amongst all management. Pressed to take meetings and calls on vacation days due to false sense of urgency created by team leader - somewhat of a bully. No formal bonus structure. No opportunity for education/training/conference attendance during Covid restrictions - both not promoted to do so and travel restrictions in place.

Pros

Their ad-tech software is going to be very important once Chrome drops 3rd party cookies. The company has lots of potential for growth. Very smart people work at this company.

Cons

Unfortunately, these guys followed the same pattern as other tech companies in that they stopped hiring during the pandemic. This put a huge burden on the existing employees causing employee burnout. They don't believe in letting people work remotely unless you get special permission. Not a fan of the office culture. People can seem pretty arrogant. Training was lacking No one really understands how the software works or what it does.
