      Brining transforming ideas to our associates

      Pros

      In a recent example for the preparation for MLK day, our leadership team set up a guest speaker (Dr. Freeman Hrabowski), who lived through the marches back in '63 and provided lots of stories for all of us to think about. Providing lots of material for our deeper study

      Cons

      It would have been nice to provide breakouts for us to discuss how to apply lessons learned to our in-company projects

      I love working for LiveTamp! The culture, benefits, and growth opportunities are unmatched to what I have experienced so far in my career.

      Cons

      LiveRamp is going through massive growth, which can cause some hiccups. However, the teams are excited and eager to make a positive change, so these challenges won't last long.

      Smart leadership and unique offering, strong pay and benefits, good opportunity for upward movement.

      Lack of clarity around what the future of the company looks for, lots of legacy knowledge leaving post Covid, far too many reorgs.
