      - Salary is not too bad if you count share options in - Business focus

      Cons

      - If you are senior level, there isn't anyone to learn from - Career progression and opportunity to shine for inner circle - they will get visibility - Many leave after one year once they get shares - Work/life balance

      1. Company has an amazing growth opportunity ahead. 2. Many talented folks on the team

      Cons

      1. Not Liveramp's fault but a huge amount of the share price is dictated by larger players like FB/Google 2. Pay range is still not quite comparable to the larger companies despite trying to attract similar talent
