      Pros

      Inspiring response to COVID, both among the employee and customer-facing teams. Company is healthy and growing. A real chance to exit the pandemic and recession on an even more promising trajectory. Daily examples of teammates' brilliance, empathy, and creativity provide ample opportunities to grow and stay motivated.

      Cons

      High growth comes with lots of change. Some of our biggest priorities center on scaling operations, all while staying focused on building new things with/for our customers.

      Great People, great culture, tremendous autonomy and opportunity to grow and really drive this company forward.

      Cons

      As a growth company, it is still building out processes and strategy so expect to be a part of the solution from day one. This is not the place to sit back (but who wants to do that anyway).
