Pros

Great benefits to employees with generous contributions. Flexible working hours and time off. Easily supported work-from-home during COVID and assisted with equipping home offices. A company that lives its commitment to ethically using consumer data.

Cons

I may think of one in a couple of years.

Pros

Competitive salary, benefits, and perks Transparent leadership and open communication Fairly flat organization with little bureaucracy Excellent technology and utilization of collaboration tools Strong sense of community Quick response to Covid-19 crisis. Leadership has been overwhelmingly understanding of the challenges of working from home and has been very flexible with expectations.

Cons

Company growing very quickly, and sometimes there is confusion with "who does what", specifically with support departments.

Fellow LiveRamper - Hope that all is well in NYC, and thanks for sharing your experience. The entire team is working hard to support one another during COVID. Together, we have a good chance of not simply surviving the pandemic, but coming out of it in an even strong position to grow and serve our customers. Thank you for being part of the journey! - Brandon

Pros

*LiveRamp is a dynamic place - things are always changing, most of the time for the better, and there is strong leadership in place to help push forward that change. *Most LiveRampers are quick to take action, work together, and improve / resolve issues. *I like the company values.

Cons

*Think there is more we need to do around setting up a proper D&I program. I know there is a desire to do so, just haven't seen it come to fruition yet.

Fellow LiveRamper - Thanks for sharing where you think we're doing well, and also your recommendation that we further grow our efforts around diversity, including, and belonging. I agree. We recently posted a series of additional resources, including for managers, and will be integrating fresh guidance and practices into how we hire, develop, and grow our people. We also need to better communicate the practices we've had in place for years. As with everything we do, the bar is high and we're eager to learn, act, and innovate.. I'd be glad to strategize with you to the extent that'd be meaningful. - Brandon
