Pros

-Extremely experienced management team -Full support from my manager in ways that I wish to grow my own career -Worklife balance has improved in recent years -Projects still moving full steam ahead despite most of the US offices going remote -Regular Town Halls that have actual information and not just fluff -LiveRamp is still projected to grow this year despite prevailing economic conditions

Cons

-Product suite can be complicated without a background in Martech/Data and could take longer than other companies to be brought up to speed after onboarding

Pros

LiveRamp truly values their employees and puts money with their mouth is, literally. LiveRamp invests in great employee culture, benefits, pay, creating beautiful offices, having the best technology and tools needed to do our job. If there is an area needing improvement, they are not afraid to make a change or spend money to make your job smoother.

Cons

With the company growing so quickly, there are a lot of policies and procedures that are still being put in place, which can cause some ambiguity at times. Things change a lot and they move quickly.
