Great culture. Everyone from top to bottom is nice, down to earth, and care about each other. Management allows good people to grow. Great work life balance.

Cons

Growing fast and still trying to figure out processes that come with larger company. Still - support is there and willingness to fail fast and try to improve.

Pros

LiveRamp is a great place to work! It is a fast paced company that keeps you on your toes. The work life balance is great (especially for NY) and they offer all of the perks you would expect for a tech company (lunches, snacks, happy hours, holiday celebrations). Everyone is super smart, and there is a great culture derived from office celebrations and the company wide camping trip aka RampCamp. I absolutely love working here!

Cons

It can definitely have its growing pains. At times there can be limited resources and a lack of processes, but it also means there is room to be creative and take on new projects.
