      Great environment, great perks

      Pros

      People are really nice and efficient, company is in good shape, getting more contracts, hiring more ppl and running into new IPO.

      Cons

      it inherits a lot of Acxiom asset, which would probably take a while to fully digest.

      chaotic accelerated growth over the past year -- leads to a lot of poor collaboration between offices.

      Great People Culture

      Pros

      LiveRamp is in a very unique position in the eco-system. Their neutral position is well appreciated by the players in the industry. The thing I like best about LiveRamp is their people culture. LiveRamp is people oriented and very focused on empowering their people to do the right thing. It is exciting to be part of a fast growing category leader.

      Cons

      Like all fast growing businesses, there are growing pains.
