Pros

Compensation and benefits are excellent — you’ll be well taken care of on paper. Generous perks: stipends, tuition reimbursement, great health coverage. Many talented colleagues doing their best under constant whiplash. If you like watching chaos unfold with free snacks and a steady paycheck, this place delivers.

Cons

After staying committed for months, taking initiative, and proactively acting on feedback, I was surprised to learn that none of it mattered. Improvement was acknowledged… until it suddenly wasn’t. Mixed messages were the norm — praise followed by vague criticism, support followed by silence. When business performance dipped, the tone from the top shifted. Teams were blamed, individuals were singled out, and suddenly “fit” became more important than facts. “Performance issues” seemed to materialize at convenient times — often right after cost-cutting announcements. Ultimately, I was given a choice: continue under unclear expectations and weekly evaluations, or exit. I chose clarity and self-respect.
