Pros

- Autonomy and decision making granted at every level of the organization - There are multiple opportunities to engage and lead within the organization, both in your direct role, as well as in company clubs - Hackweeks actually mean something, many of our internal/external and support systems come from Hackweek projects - Unlimited PTO allows for each employee to balance work and home life/family in the best way for their individual needs

Cons

- Hyper growth means growing pains, but the company works hard to address this and stay in touch with employee feedback - LiveRamp is filled with very bright individuals, which can lead to ongoing discussions about the best ways to solve problems. The majority of the time this leads to useful, efficient problem solving, but at times it can paralyze decision making.

Thanks for this review. Hackweeks do indeed mean a lot here—in fact, the original idea for LiveRamp came out of a hackweek at our predecessor company. Your advice to continue being transparent definitely resonates; we'll keep it up. - Brandon

Pros

- Manager is truly invested in your career and personal growth - Flexible hours - The skills you learn are transferrable - You work with very smart people - High Salary

Cons

- Not many people are truly passionate about ad tech - Catered lunches only on MWF (only a con compared to companies with catered food everyday)

Pros

LiveRamp is amazing and offers so much for career growth. They promote from within and really work on developing their employees. (check out linkedin if you don't believe me. You'll see so many people who have been promoted. Even our CEO started as an intern here!) Every single person I know who has been in my role previously has been promoted, something very unheard of for SDRs at other companies. There are many different teams/verticals within LiveRamp and so much opportunity for growth. Genuinely nice people work here (and super cute dogs!) LiveRamp is such a shift from my last place of work where I felt extremely under valued and felt like I was working 24 hours a day. I feel the work life balance here is really great. If you're interested in working here, I'd 100% recommend it, especially if you're looking for a job that has so much opportunity for career growth if you put the work in. Great product & space to be in with NICE teammates. I've also had a lot of opportunity to travel for LiveRamp hosted conferences and attend team offsite events, which are super fun! Other "perks" include - Unlimited PTO - Catered lunches in both SF & NYC (LiveRamp not only pays very well, but I'm now saving so much money on food!) - Pet friendly (only in SF, unfortunately for us NYers) but at least we have a slack channel dedicated to the LiveRamp dogs - Flexible and understands that we are actual people and have lives and things that come up. If you have to come in later or leave early for a doctors appointment, that's no problem at all, stuff like that - Team offsite events & RampCamp! (annual company wide camping trip in NorCal) - Actually nice coworkers, which unfortunately is not something you find just anywhere

Cons

The product is hard to grasp if you don't come from the adtech space, but the team understands this and will work with you through ongoing training. Can literally take 6+ months to actually understand what LiveRamp does, but people are there to HELP, so ask questions and use your resources!!
