Pros

-Such flexible PTO, work hours. You'll never feel bad if you just need to take day to unwind -Get to touch many different aspects of the development process -Managers want to see and help you grow -Good people work here -Overall, a good day-to-day job

Cons

-Tech leadership seems to be deaf to engineer concerns -Huge number of senior engineers have left in last few months (concerning) -Unnecessary restructuring of teams leading to knowledge loss and low morale -Been waiting months for the "new" guidance for promotions/growth -We allow large clients to basically do what they want with our tech, which makes maintaining it more difficult -A huge amount of knowledge is needed to even get a sliver of understanding about what we do -Like any tech company, diversity is very low

On the topic of the engineer job level/growth schema: It's a complex project that I know our CTO wants to do well vs. quickly, with the goal of shipping at the end of this quarter. -- Never treats Employees like transactions -- Great benefits and culture (RampCamp, Catered Lunch, Events/Conferences) -- Market leader and a team that wins

Cons

-- Too many random titles in Technical Services without clear swim-lanes -- Confusing product names (3-5 names for one workflow or product)
