      Great employee benefits, wonderful flexible time off program, culture that has supportive teams and leadership responsiveness

      Cons

      Rapid growth, which is really great and comes with it is some process opportunities (this is not really a con, it's a great spot to be in actually).

      - genuinely interested in the well being of workers - not super hierarchical - values autonomy. empowers workers. - good compensation and growth opps

      Cons

      - sometimes leadership seems to make shortsighted decisions - prioritizing revenue over long-term growth or health - though this has improved quite a bit over time.

      Pros

      I joined LiveRamp recently and it's been good so far, everybody is very friendly, Management regularly holds town hall meetings (virtual due to COVID) and openly discuss issues and roadmap, the organization is focusing a lot on UX, Quality, and Reliability of the product recently which will definitely help. Love the quarterly OKR process.
