      Everyone is moving fast. You should be an independent-minded individual who isn't afraid to ask questions.

      Amazing Opportunity and Employee Respect

      Pros

      One of the few orgs I've worked for that actually treats you like an adult - there is work flexibility and autonomy, but not to the point of inefficiency. The opportunity and the product-market fit are amazing, and the team knows it and is invested in ensuring the company continues to grow, and grow in the right way. Excellent benefits/pay as well.

      Cons

      As a growing org, things are often changing/evolving. The team is doing a good job managing this, and if you are comfortable with change, then it should not bother you too much.

      Best Company Culture Yet!

      Pros

      LiveRamp has a very strong company culture. Team oriented mindset where the employees really feel cared about. LiveRamp is well positioned in the industry and has a strong product, and therefore overall company standing is good.

      Cons

      Things can be a little disorganized at times, but that's the sacrifice you make for a growing company!
