      *Abundant growth opportunities *You can find a 'niche' for yourself *Always challenging problems to work on *Great colleagues who also become friends

      *Growing pains are evident as scaling has occurred *Lack of clear ownership has diluted culture, which leaves gaps and slows achievement *Still pretending we're a 'start-up', when we can't ignore the effects of growth and need to put in training and address changes in culture

      Hands down the best company I have ever worked for. - Employees are all extremely intelligent, thoughtful, encouraging, and hard working. - Amazing work life balance. - Collaborative spirit....everyone knows they are working on some truly game changing technology and is more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure everything is advancing at a break neck pace. - People are so incredibly nice. Having office puppies, catered meals, unlimited pto, and friendly smiles is a game changer too. - Regular (fun) company events. - Solid pay and comp structure

      - Transparent leadership - Great belief in employees and accountability - Strong sense of team work and cross functional collaboration - Caring but goal oriented management

      Cons

      - It can be hard to ramp up, but LiveRamp has done a great job of developing an immersive training and mentorship program to help. At about 4-5 months it clicks!
