There are lots of candidates in the market. Easy to pick and collect (maybe) but hard to choose. Hiring a foreigner to work abroad means you need to get necessary documents first. Failing to do so means better luck next time. In my case working abroad is a big leap of my career. I applied in LiveRamp SG branch.
