Pros

LiveRamp is on the frontier. It is just entering that period of hypergrowth necessary to dominate the future market. LiveRamp is pulling the entire adTech industry forward through its products, and the hype feels real. The people here are sharp as a tack. Opportunities to learn and succeed are more than plentiful. And the compensation strategy mirrors the company's goal to be the best.

Cons

LiveRamp is just on the cusp of hypergrowth, and many scaling issues need to be resolved. Luckily they are bringing in staff to address the remnants of ad hoc solutions created in the start up days.

Great place to grow your career

Pros

The company is growing exponentially, which always creates plenty of opportunity, but there are some other things more specific to Liveramp that make this a great place to work... - Strong focus on developing people and promoting internally; not just words, its built into the very culture of the company - Also a strong focus on empowering people at any level to make decisions and take risks; the company would rather move things forward quickly as opposed to perfectly, and wants people to take risks - Everyone doesn't always agree, but everyone communicates openly and honestly; no pollitics - People genuinely like each other; tons of social activity inside and outside of work - Strong leadership team, who goes out of their way to connect with people throughout the company - Competitive compensation

Cons

The company moves at a very (very) fast pace; that's good for some people but not for others. Given this, things can sometimes feel a little frenetic / exhausting. Benefits outside of compensation could also be better (they're not bad, just not on par with some other high growth companies)
