Pros

Liveramp places immense emphasis on personal growth. The company has been supportive of me growing as an engineer and project leader. Peers and management are friendly and incredibly sharp. We have fun and push each other to grow. I wake up excited to go to work everyday. I leave work tired, but feeling accomplished.

Cons

I don't enjoy commuting into SF. Engineering team isn't as diverse as I would like--though I don't think it's far off the Silicon Valley standard. Growing as fast as we are, we have to get better at communication across teams.

Pros

Really amazing company to work for, I'm excited to go to work every day. Very fast paced and empowering employees to grow and be an actor of the company's success. - Clear vision for the company and its products - Rock solid team, everybody is smart, efficient and nice - Great work environment, people work hard but know how to have fun together as well - Very little to 0 politics within LiveRamp (excluding other Acxiom divisions)

Cons

- Got acquired 1.5 years ago, so not really a startup anymore if that's what you are looking for - The integration with other divisions of Acxiom sometimes cause inefficiencies / work politics

Pros

was at LiveRamp for a long time (including both before and after the acquisition to Acxiom). company is a great place to work if you want to push the envelop. the cream definitely rises to the top here. they highest performers get promoted regardless of resume (LiveRamp probably has the highest percentage of non-founder people under 30 in their management team than any comparable company). additionally, the company is growing crazy fast and has really happy customers and a product that works really well.

Cons

If you are not an A-Player, there is a high likelihood that you will not be with the company for the long-term.
