      Great Company but going through some growing pains

      Pros

      Great work environment, super dog friendly, catered lunches . 3 days a week, sandwich and salad bar two days a week. Tons of great meaningful employee engagement.

      Cons

      Going through some obvious growing pains. Extremely young and in some cases in-experienced leadership. EA culture needs some serious work.
