Pros

LiveRamp is truly a special place to work. Everyone I've encountered from peers to senior leadership has been incredibly kind, collaborative, and eager to help you learn and grow. There's a refreshing lack of ego here. I've had conversations with C-suite leaders without even realizing it at first because they’re so down-to-earth and approachable. The company fosters a culture of innovation, where new ideas are welcomed and supported. Compensation is competitive, and the benefits are genuinely great, some of the best I’ve seen.

Cons

As with any fast-moving company, things can change quickly, which sometimes means adapting on the fly. But that’s part of what makes it exciting.
