      Great Benefits, salary, and office gets free food! Tech stack is also very good at this company along with their progress and innovation in AI

      Cons

      Management plays favoritism. People are also doing roles where their strengths aren't there. Could be utilizing peoples skillsets a lot better. They expect an army of yes people without asking why or how. Lack of innovation from ICs or accountability.
