Stop with the meaningless reprioritization every few months.

Pros

Awesome bunch of motivated people across engineering and product, except for a few bad apples. Pay and benefits are inline with the market. Decent work life balance.

Cons

1. Head of product needs to get her head out of the sand and focus on key strategic initiatives instead of changing the priorities every few months. 2. Scott Howe should stop talking soo much as if he cared, both to the employees and the investors. While we know the rest of the adtech market is doing good but not LiveRamp, we gotta learn our lesson. At times listening to Scott makes us feel he doesn't understand the product anymore, let alone trust him to explain it to the investors what we do.

Pros

Benefits package -- honestly it is what kept me motivated to stay when I saw peers leaving that started when I did. I had high hopes when I started and really did think it was going to be a great place to work.

Cons

Onboarding seemed ok until it wasn't -- It was commonplace to hear "Oh I didn't know anything until I had been at Liveramp for at least a year." That should have been a red flag rather than a reason to stick it out. Went through four different managers in my short time with the company and none of them were particularly good at management. Seems to be a bit of a "boys club" and I did not fit in. My team did not operate as a team which was incredibly disappointing since I was really looking forward to collaborating and learning from my colleagues.

Pros

Very inclusive environment. Great technology. Decent benefits

Cons

However, the product team has continued to promote mediocre talent which demoralizes everyone. Attrition is terrible. With the recent slump, stocks are worthless too and it's better to join a mid-stage startup. Leadership somehow believes they can continue to grow but i think it's time to just be acquired and let everyone move on.
