Pros

LiveRamp is an awesome place to work, primarily thanks to the people - everyone is very friendly, helpful, and incredibly smart. The work environment is laid back, demanding, and rewarding.

Cons

Work can be stressful and hyper growth comes with challenges such as communication overhead, increased bureaucracy and cultural challenges.

Pros

Extremely supportive environment. Encourages and empowers women. Some of the brightest people in tech work here and the team I'm on is incredible. It's been a game changer for me both personally and professionally.

Cons

Some red tape on the Acxiom side of the house and internal politics.

Pros

*Abundant growth opportunities *You can find a 'niche' for yourself *Always challenging problems to work on *Great colleagues who also become friends

Cons

*Growing pains are evident as scaling has occurred *Lack of clear ownership has diluted culture, which leaves gaps and slows achievement *Still pretending we're a 'start-up', when we can't ignore the effects of growth and need to put in training and address changes in culture
