      Pros

      Smart folks, great office location, work/life balance. Free lunches on Monday/Wednesdays. Engineers seem to be pretty tightly knit. Other 'startup' perks.... free snacks, drinks, pool table, etc.

      Cons

      Company offers only one feature solution, and doesn't necessarily do it well. I know that they have been desperately trying to hire people for various roles across all responsibilities. One thing they are big on is their engineers coming from a 'Top Engineering school'. Kinda elitist line of thinking but whatever. If you are interviewing, be cautious.

      Pros

      Great technologies and coworkers! I'm getting valuable experience in big data with Hadoop and Cascading. I've been given a lot of responsibility and freedom as a new software engineer. LiveRamp has an all around great team: you'll be working with smart and driven individuals both in engineering and throughout the rest of the company.

      Cons

      Gonna be putting in more than a 9-5. Expect 50-60 hour weeks. Same you'll find at any rapidly growing tech company.

      Pros

      Good people, excellent team collaboration Growing very fast. You must be the master of your own domain -- not grounds for training. Bring your best game and expect to be pushed to grow

      Cons

      Explaining the product to family and friends is challenging. If you are looking to work at a consumer relater company this is not the place for you.
