Fellow LiveRamper - thanks for taking the time to share your employment experience. I couldn't agree with you more about the "wonderful colleagues" comment - that is what gets me up every morning! We have an ever growing group of awesome LiveRampers that we get to work with each day. Work / life balance is a constant struggle across the board but I do recommend speaking with your manager or HRBP about ways to better manage the balance (as best possible). Again - thank you for the time! Best- Erika

Pros

There are lots of candidates in the market. Easy to pick and collect (maybe) but hard to choose. Hiring a foreigner to work abroad means you need to get necessary documents first. Failing to do so means better luck next time. In my case working abroad is a big leap of my career. I applied in LiveRamp SG branch. My paper approval didn’t go well as planned as for the first attempt. I thought my application ends there. But it didn’t. The management and team gave me another chance to apply here in Nantong branch. It took me 5 months to undergo the overall process. Now here I am, at my 5th month of collaborating with exceptionally talented engineers. I can say this is a great journey for me to become a LiveRamper. Having them on your side defines the company’s core value and it begins with support and I can say it is still worth the wait. tldr: - working with diverse people - working location - company support research and invest in people training - company activities - people, food

Cons

Still looking.. i know there is.
