Pros

Had good people and leaders last year, looked promising but not anymore. In survival mode currently.

Cons

Highly political Gossip culture getting driven by US and few local managers To survive you need to learn how to play politics Don’t give any opinion but quietly work, find something good and leave. Employees are treated as slaves and our US managers treat us badly. Local managers have not much knowledge or experience and they agree on everything to save their own jobs. Biased and high regionalism No motivation.

Pros

You are allowed to get on with your work, and there is no micromanagement. You will be working with smart people.

Cons

There is limited social life but this is not always a bad thing. The products can be very complex to understand
