Pros

Great benefits, Great pay, nothing else.

Cons

Where do I begin, they do not know how to onboard new candidates. I never was formally trained. However, I still managed to become a contributing member of the team. Even got promoted. However, I was laid off like so many others. They even lied to my face and said it wasn't performance-based. Lucky for me, I knew some people on the lead team. It was performance-based and the manager had their pick of who they wanted to keep. There is a cliche mentality at Liveramp and you never know when you are in it or not until it's too late. Last thing, the CSMs are some of the most useless, ass-covering people you will ever want to meet.
