Pros

-Almost everyone is incredibly kind -If you want to not work too hard, it is easy to coast here -Relatively interesting work

Cons

-Once you are discovered to be a competent, reliable person, they will pile more work on you and you won't necessarily get a raise for the added workload -HUGE brain drain going on currently -Due to a combination of reasons (some understandable and some absurd), you cannot ship products quickly -Sales-driven company, which sucks when you are in Product. Management doesn't empower the Product team

Thanks for this review. While it’s disheartening to hear your experience was anything less than exceptional as an employee, one of our guiding principles is We Respect People and Time. We want this reflected in every interaction we have no matter what area of the business you work. Thank you, again for this feedback and I will share it with the product team as a learning moment to continue to fine-tune how we get things done and make people feel.

Appreciate this review, fellow LiveRamper Times have changed so we have had to make shifts that may be uncomfortable and may be difficult to understand. Growing pains aren’t unique to LiveRamp, but it is an area we aim to make improvements so we can get back to nurturing our people. If this is something you’d like to discuss further, the People & Culture team door is always open.

Pros

LiveRamp hires the best people - the best performers and the best people to work with and spend time with. People are driven, but not impolite or arrogant. If you want to work hard and then celebrate success (often) this is the place for you.

Cons

While I was there, the company was having some serious growing pains. These should be temporary, however. Once the company transitions into a "mature" tech company, things should be stable and move quickly again.

LiveRamp Alum, hi there and thanks so much for this review. Especially the part about clarifying the vision. This comment is a good reminder that we must be transparent in order to continue to support our team. Thank you, again, for sharing this feedback.
