Pros

At LiveRamp, although the product can be complex, there is definitively a culture of helping one another learn which I enjoy.

Cons

Direction of the company overall can be confusing at times.

Pros

Decent compensation (although not at the high-end level)

Cons

Completely disconnected and untransparent leadership, that doesn't take accountability for their mistakes. Totally incompetent upper-managent, which creates an environment for delivering mediocre results at best. So many talents and opportunities are wasted simply do to repetitive mistakes of the managent. but this is what you get when you let people take positions of power simply because they are backend-kissers.
