Pros

They can offer decent compensation

Cons

Absolutely nothing. This was the worst place I've ever worked and I'd recommend working retail before working here. I didn't feel like this was a safe, inclusive environment where I could thrive as a person of color because of terrible coworkers who ignored my expertise and were outright condescending or talked over me at every time. There were awful people in other departments and leaders who yelled at me and a colleague for 20 minutes for being new and not being aware that we needed to inform her about something. Senior leadership is a joke. They don't make data-driven decisions or when they do, they don't understand the data enough so the decisions they make are bad. A lot of the leaders are home-grown and have no real knowledge of how real companies operate so they're really bad at making good long-term strategies as evidenced by their volatile year. Finally, It takes months to get access to basic tools like Excel and Tableau and you have to schedule meetings with IT to justify the expense. They're a sinking ship

Pros

The worker bees were nice.

Cons

Complete arrongance by leadership and management. Out of touch. Was a great place with Anneka and James running things. Went downhill when Scott Howe demoted everyone and made himself CEO. The company lacks any sort of vision. Its very cliquey.

Pros

Pay can be fair however because the economy is saturated it seems they are changing pay scale and rates are adjusting for current job openings to be under what current positions make. Some employees are incredible to work with. There are definitely great benefits- $140 cell phone, and internet/month, $375/qtr life reimbursements, $750 home office initial set up,

Cons

Senior leaders are disengaged from what is actually happening with living the values through the company. These aren’t really driven through the fabric of the company. Live by CYA- piece of advice…
