Pros

A while ago, this company was a lot of fun, and the work we did meant a lot. There are many talented coworkers, although this pool is dwindling.

Cons

Basically, we were told today by our fearless leader - in no uncertain terms - that there is cheap labor elsewhere. So, the U.S. teams are going to be impacted. There are going to be layoffs thru 2026. And, to think we spent all those hours of our lives filling out mind-numbing self development reports, and spent countless minutes in those candied meetings listening to the supposed leadership about how we are not like any other company. The truth is that Liveramp is just like any other company. And, there is no reward in doing above the bear minimum now. There are no career opportunities for U.S. based positions. Stay away. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy, let alone a friend.

Pros

pre-pandemic: great office events, off-sites, connections with people, overall energy Benefits in line with tech, good opportunities with the right managers

Cons

heavy attrition, including the leadership team. unfortunately that's when things starting declining. the culture is just not the same and I don't believe ever will be. too many people giving lip service but really just prioritizing their bottom line...not employees. hiring friends to eliminate differing opinions is dangerous. had a lot of great experiences here and sad to see where Liveramp has ended up
