Pros

The leadership has a great understanding for how to build a people-first culture. LiveRamp is extremely well-positioned as a company, and it is evident with the conversations we have with customers.

Cons

There are many solutions teams dedicated towards helping our customers - 95% this is a huge pro, but can be tricky to navigate internally at times.

Pros

They used to offer remote work, good pay, and that was about it.

Cons

This company needs to stop commenting to negative reviews here that some employees have been impacted by the recent reduction in force (Fall 2022) and thus are jaded and prone to leaving negative feedback. This company needs to learn to own their own mistakes. The list of cons is so long that it would not fit here. Leave this company, or avoid it altogether as you will face nothing but mismanagement, false promises, and some serious business challenges, long term and short term. Without going further in detail, their stock was over $80 two years ago, only to hover around $15 a couple of months ago. If that does not speak for itself, then I do not know what will - and it has nothing to do with negative reviews here or impacted/laid off employees. The CEO needs to resign if this company wants to stand the chance. Senior management needs to stop acting as if they are the orchestra on the Titanic, continuing to play music while it's sinking and they are acting as if nothing is wrong. This company is obsessed with their reputation and will go into great lengths to get their new employees to post here glowing reviews. How can you post a review if you just recently started your job? How about when you are out of that place, jaded or not?
