Pros
Lively is a company whose product and operation reflects its founders' values. From day 1 (or at least my first day), the leadership has made it clear that they believe a great company and product is built on a foundation of strong culture (and not working their employees to the bone). People don't just show up at the office to get work done, but because there is a sense of community and enthusiasm for working together as a team to build a product everyone on the team is enthusiastic about and that customers love.
Cons
As with any rapidly-expanding company, there are times where things can feel a bit chaotic. The company has grown immensely in the last year, so structuring is in flux.
