Pros

I've been working at Lively for a few months now, and I've felt like a valued team member since day one. The company culture is truly amazing, and I was able to quickly ramp up into my role on the Product team. I transitioned from another APM role at a different company ISO an organization with strong Product leads and tons of opportunities to learn -- I hit the jackpot! Everyone is very driven and hardworking, yet humble and kind. I could ask a question to a random team member I've never met and they will always be willing to help. The company and the Lively platform really screams people-centric. Some additional highlights are: - Pay is competitive - Many roles are remote-friendly - Culture is fun and lighthearted - Everyone works hard and is motivated by their work - Flexibility with work; no micromanaging here

Cons

- No 401k matching - Engineering resources are tight

Pros

Lively is in a place in its growth where they are big enough that you don't have to wear a ton of different hats, but small enough that what you do and ideas you have can make a substantial impact. I love that! Lively has a great culture. They care about each person, truly. They don't just give you swag and consider that employee engagement. I have been at Lively for two months and have had personal conversations with both Lively founders just to get to know me. Everyone I have met is excited to be a part of this growing company. They take employee burn out seriously - we have a Friday off nearly every month for mental wellness. Lively also puts a lot of emphasis on creating a fabulous client experience that is intuitive and easy to use which in turn makes it easier to do your job. Nothing is harder than trying to solve issues while your client is upset.

Cons

There are a lot of different tools to learn and use, but there is an effort to streamline this in the near future.
