Pros

-Pay is good. -Company has a great product and customer service. -Unlimited PTO(unless you are MSA). -Not overwhelming call center type calls. -Company get togethers that are actually enjoyable. -Equpiment provided by company. -Awesome training for being a start up.

Cons

MSA department is terrible. Favoritism runs rampant and everyone knows it. Complaints will not be tolerated. Never question anyone or reach out to management, it will put you the proverbial dog house. Don't expect to leave MSA position to another position in the company if you are not well liked. No reason to work hard, no incentive, they reward those who follow the leader and keep quiet. Forget PTO unless you are a chosen one. The rules will be different depending on who you are. The growth of the department and failure to fix the issues will be the downfall of what makes this company stand out.

Pros

The company is absolutely fantastic. Alex and Shobin have truly created a wonderful company! They value employees and their families. I am so grateful to have found a company like Lively. The company is the best environment with the most caring people. I feel truly honored to be here!

Cons

I feel like every department is absolutely wonderful except the Member support department. Hard work and dedication is unrewarded and often over looked. The coaching from management could be done in a better fashion. Additionally, the playing field is not level as the people managers clearly pick favorites. We have learned from others that voiced their concerns and opinions will not be taken well and you risk blocking growth within the department and company by doing so.

Pros

Lively is in a place in its growth where they are big enough that you don't have to wear a ton of different hats, but small enough that what you do and ideas you have can make a substantial impact. I love that! Lively has a great culture. They care about each person, truly. They don't just give you swag and consider that employee engagement. I have been at Lively for two months and have had personal conversations with both Lively founders just to get to know me. Everyone I have met is excited to be a part of this growing company. They take employee burn out seriously - we have a Friday off nearly every month for mental wellness. Lively also puts a lot of emphasis on creating a fabulous client experience that is intuitive and easy to use which in turn makes it easier to do your job. Nothing is harder than trying to solve issues while your client is upset.

Cons

There are a lot of different tools to learn and use, but there is an effort to streamline this in the near future.
