Very friendly staff and residents. Decent benefits and wages.

Cons

Upper management doesn't know how everything works on the floor and many things should be run differently. Short staffing at the moment and people are just getting away with sleeping 3/4 of the shift on overnights. Neglecting the residents and not doing the minimum required care involved.
