- The orientation process is extremely professional and well-organized. - The work environment is very inviting, supportive, and positive. - Colleagues and supervisors are approachable and helpful. - The compensation is fair for the industry, and the benefits package is very competitive. Health benefits, PTO, and other perks are structured well, and the company invests in our well-being big time! - It is in the Avalon - automatic bonus -The core values, purpose, and culture here spread naturally throughout the team, creating a motivating and uplifting environment.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. We’re glad to hear the orientation felt professional and well-organized, and that the environment has been supportive, positive, and welcoming. We also appreciate your feedback on compensation and benefits. We work hard to structure health benefits, PTO, and perks in a way that supports our team’s well-being, and it means a lot to hear that it’s landing the way we intend. Finally, we’re grateful that our core values and purpose feel real in day-to-day work and not just words on a wall. Thank you for being part of the culture and contributing to the kind of team experience you described.

Thank you for the feedback and for highlighting the parts of the experience you enjoyed. We’re glad the culture and environment felt positive and fun. We also hear your concerns about compensation. We continue to evaluate pay as we grow and work to ensure our compensation practices are competitive and fair. On diversity, we focus on hiring the best candidates for each role, regardless of demographics. We do not believe in hiring to meet quotas. At the same time, we understand the importance of building a team with a broad range of perspectives, and we are working to expand our candidate pipelines and strengthen development opportunities across the company. Thank you again for taking the time to share your perspective.

Pros

Coworkers there were nice to work with.

Cons

Everything else. Lousy rats that don’t care about anything but their own pockets. You’ll be subjected to a “hybrid” schedule but will not be given a raise for your extra time in office. If you don’t make the company money, you’ll be out like a light.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad you had a positive experience with your coworkers, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. We also want to acknowledge the frustration expressed in your comments. While we do not agree with the characterization of our intentions, we take concerns about compensation, communication, and how decisions are experienced by employees seriously. On our work model, we had implemented a hybrid approach based on what we believe supports collaboration, accountability, and the long-term health of the business. We recognize that changes to in-office expectations can be difficult, and we strive to communicate them clearly and treat people fairly through transitions. Regarding performance expectations, we are a results-driven organization and we aim to be transparent about role expectations and accountability. Our goal is to support employees with clear priorities, coaching, and the tools needed to succeed. On the customer reimbursement point, we agree with the principle that customers should be treated fairly when service outcomes fall short. While we cannot address specific situations in a public forum, we do have customer support and resolution processes in place to make things right based on the facts of each case. Thank you again for the feedback.
