      Pros

      I love working for this start-up company. It's always exciting to get in on the ground level, and with a company that is growing so rapidly, there is plenty of room for advancement. The environment is fast-paced and fun with lots of perks when monthly goals are met; e.g. lunches, "swag", and company outings.

      Cons

      Living in Atlanta definitely poses a commute issue, but that just comes with the territory. There are also long hours due to the nature of the business at times, but as the company grows and hires more employees, that is starting to improve tremendously.

What sets LoadUp apart is its genuine commitment to its purpose, mission, and vision, while consistently embodying its core values. Leadership doesn’t just talk about these principles — they live them. The company truly cares about its employees, and that care naturally extends to the customers & partners we serve. One of the things I appreciate most is the cross-collaboration across departments. Everyone works together, supports one another, and contributes to shared success on a daily basis. It really feels like a true work family. We’re growing at an incredible pace, and it’s an exciting time to be part of the journey. If you haven’t considered LoadUp for your career, now is the time to jump on board.

      I can't thing of any! The company is continually growing and evolving, and if you’re open to embracing change, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of something truly exciting.
