      Flexible work schedule, on-site cafeteria, people are friendly and tech culture isn’t toxic

      Cons

      Red tape, no desire to innovate, overrun programs, takes forever to do simple tasks, bloated management. About everything you’d expect from a huge corporation in Aerospace.
