-Constant opportunities to prove yourself and get noticed by senior management and director level leadership. -Lots of opportunity for travel if you want them and you can stay put if you want -4x10hr flexible schedule allows for work life balance when needing time of for emergencies or outside appointments without having to take PTO you can flex it and work a bit later than day or stack on another day during the week and you can save your PTO for when you actual need it
Cons
-Just because use you are noticed by management for going above and beyond doesn't mean you will move up faster. There is a lot of corporate and HR red tape preventing management from giving early performance promotions. That being said when they are able to promote they will make it worth the wait
