Coming from a different industry, I had a hard time adjusting to the formal, hierarchical, very top-down environment. If you are sr. leadership (ie, Director+) or content being an order taker, then you will be fine. But if you prefer a more agile environment then I'd look elsewhere. There's a reason early turnover is super high - people either realize it's a terrible fit culturally and leave, or they stay forever. That is my experience at least in corporate. It may be a better environment among the engineering ranks or in the business units.
