Pros

One of the best companies to grow

Cons

Some of the leads hesitate to go out of their ways to help understand problems. As a new employee, I faced a lead who I worked under, who initially was nice and motivated me but after a month or so, he pushed me out of the project to find another person. This is just one in 50 people that every company has.
