Very Large company where you could be lost in the numbers. Also, there is a great deal of bureaucracy to contend with.

Many of the older projects have very conservative practices, difficult to navigate the internal systems and programs used for engineering models and drawings, difficult to make changes to existing engineering without significant funding support
