Pros

Good Medical/Dental Benefits, but used to be better. 9/80 schedule is nice.

Cons

Culture is VERY old and the corporation is top heavy with baby boomers. Perks are almost non existent compared to tech companies in silicon valley. Very old school ways of doing things that are slowly being forced to change to compete.

Pros

Excellent company with great benefits and great people to work for and with.

Cons

Upper management decides what should be marketed. No out of the box thinking unless it's on a defense contract or federal contract, and must meet approval of a graybeard panel.

Lack of diversity in upper and mid management. Smaller sites or facilities lack growth opportunities. Industry experiences frequent layoffs in current market conditions.
